14 days, no questions asked. If Reel Atelier is not for you, you get your money back.

How to ask

• Within 14 days of your purchase, email support from the address you bought with.
• You do not need to give a reason.
• The full amount goes back to the payment method you used, through Polar, our checkout partner. How fast it shows depends on your bank.

After a refund

Your licence ends and your download link stops working, so please delete the pack and stop using it for new videos.

If something stops working because of a problem on our side, email support and we will help.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
